Package

Complex presentations where families need strong support to clarify pathways, strengthen advocacy, and help schools/sites better understand and meet the person’s needs.
Includes:
​90 - 120 minute observation ​

Structured information gathering

Comprehensive report (4–10 pages, depending on complexity) including:
concerns & functional impact
practical strategies across home/school/site
reasonable adjustments and environmental recommendations
